Reflexion is looking for an exceptional Java developer to lead the next phase of engineering for a globally deployed email archiving product. Experience with Lucene/Solr and Compass is especially important. The ideal set of skills includes:

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience with Lucene/Solr and Compass
• Three to five years of work experience with Java and Java frameworks and technologies including Struts, JSF, Hibernate, Spring, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, Java Threads, JNI, JUnit, Apache POI, and Tika
• Extensive experience developing UI-based Web 2.0 applications
• Web technologies including XHTML, CSS, XSLT, XSD, Java Servlet API, JavaScript, AJAX and Ruby on Rails, Web services and jetty
• Working experience with graphic design tools, such as Paint.NET
• Windows environment skills, including Exchange 2003 Webdav, Exchange 2007/2010 EWS, Outlook Toolbar, IIS SMTP VB Sink DLL, Installer for Windows Server systems, VB 5 / .NET development, LDAP
• SQL
• Unix scripting languages
• C++, Ruby
• Automated build tools, such as Maven, Ant, make 
• Email infrastructure, protocols and standards.

Network/Windows Administrator Skills and MS SQL DBA skills, particularly SQL tuning, are also desirable, although other members of the team will contribute in these areas.
