Channel Sales and Support Engineer
This position provides an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and industrious individual to help build a significant company and take on added responsibility in a wide range of areas. It requires a blend of technical and sales skills, and so would be ideal for a technical person who wants to gain sales experience, or for a sales person who wants to move more toward product management.
Role and Responsibilities: Working directly for the VP of Sales and Product Management, the principal responsibility of this important contributor is to provide technical assistance for new and prospective Solution Providers and ISPs (which sell Reflexion’s services to their customers). Specific activities include:
- Assisting resellers in getting set-up on Reflexion’s service, which entails rerouting their MX record through Reflexion’s servers.
- Troubleshooting connection problems and email operational issues, which may include things such as checking firewall rules, server configurations, etc.
- Providing prospective partners (resellers) with an overview of Reflexion’s service, eventually delivering introductory training.
- Assisting the customer support team with partner technical issues.
- Other tasks as necessary to help the company continue its rapid growth.
Aptitude / Experience Profile:
- An understanding of how email works, including email infrastructure, protocols and standards.
- Strong work ethic, a passion for learning, achievement, and excellence.
- Commitment to become an absolute expert in Reflexion’s service as well as in email infrastructure and processes.
- Excellent problem solving skills; determination to see a problem through to resolution.
- Excellent customer service skills, including courtesy, helpfulness, relationship building.
- Strong team player; dependable, positive, optimistic outlook.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and network infrastructure experience are highly desirable.

Inside Sales Representative
Role and Responsibilities: Reflexion is currently looking for an inside sales representative. The primary responsibility for this position is to drive aggressively the company's lead generation activities for both end-users and new partners. Specific activities include:
- Aggressive, proactive outbound telephone calling to identify and qualify potential customers and partners.
- Prompt telephone and email follow-up on leads obtained from marketing campaigns and trade shows.
- Distributing qualified leads to the appropriate reseller to ensure effective sales follow-up.
- Coordinating with existing channel partners to stimulate new demand from their installed bases.
- Maintaining an active sales forecast.
- Participating in trade shows and exhibitions.
