Control Panel

A unique differentiator to Reflexion Total Control is the optional user interface that is embedded at the bottom of each email message processed by Reflexion called the Reflexion control panel. The control panel provides valuable insight into how a specific message arrived to your inbox, and upon reply or forward, is removed from the message. Users find this informative and empowering feature to be a significant improvement in the email experience.

For example, if a user creates an Address-on-the-Fly, user.merchant1@reflexion.net, the first message that arrives to that address will display the following control panel:

If merchant 1 subsequently shares that address with another merchant, merchant 2, Reflexion will automatically recognize that sharing event and insert the following control panel:

Solution providers, businesses and end-users alike never have any issues understand the intuitive nature of the propositions, and through a simple click of a link, the user is now more empowered to take control over their inbox.

The control panel has many additional uses, for instance, if a businesses marketing department decides to conduct a press release, they may decide to disclose user.pr_date@domain.com, which will accept all inbound mail on that specific address, and allow the marketing department to track the effectiveness of a particular press release, but more importantly, prevent all future emails going to that address when they decide the usefulness of that address has expired.
