Delegated Spam Folder
Reflexion’s Delegated Spam Folder (DSF) is an Outlook add-in that enables a designated individual to review quarantined email for an entire department or other organizational unit. For the specified population, every message identified as spam is delivered to the DSF for consolidated review by the DSF manager, as an added assurance on the absence of false positives. If a false positive were to be discovered, it can be easily released to the intended recipient. If an email is "Released,” Reflexion automatically adds the sender to the recipient’s whitelist to avoid recurrence. This feature is particularly helpful in professional services firms, where an administrative assistant could examine the DSF for all of the employees that he or she supports.
