REFLEXION NETWORKS ANNOUNCES INTEGRATION WITH ITCONTROL SUITE
Woburn, MA, April 6, 2009 — Reflexion Networks has announced the integration of its hosted email security service (Reflexion Total Control) with itControl Solutions automated IT service management appliance (itControl Suite). Reflexion Total Control blocks email-borne malware, such as viruses, spam, and phishing attacks outside the corporate network, while itControl Suite simplifies the management and service of computing environments. With this integration, IT solution providers can add more value for their clients and boost their recurring revenue stream potential.
By mining the email information collected by Reflexion Total Control, solution providers can present clients with information such as how much spam was averted, which viruses were removed, and the volume of email blocked. Reports can be provided under solution providers' own brand, either on-demand or at regularly scheduled intervals, to substantiate the round-the-clock protection they deliver to their clients.
