When was Reflexion founded?

Reflexion Networks was founded in 2001 under the premise that the volume of spam was going to continuously increase, and businesses needed an alternative to traditional content filtering approaches.

How can my users find a legitimate message that was mistakenly blocked?

Reflexion provides a variety of ways to ensure no legitimate mail is blocked. Depending on the configuration, Reflexion allows for a delegated spam folder manager to examine the quarantine for an entire organization, a daily quarantine digest that can be delivered to the user, and a user interface to scroll the quarantine and release any legitimate messages. In addition to the quarantine, Reflexion also provides a “Change of Address”, which allows the sender to resend their message to a protective address and release their own message from the quarantine.

I want to configure a completely transparent anti-spam and email security solution; can Reflexion be deployed in this fashion?

Absolutely, Reflexion can be deployed simply as a content filter using digital fingerprinting, heuristics, bulk spam engines and many other engines that will identify spam tricks and image-based spam. The Spam can be identified, control panel shut off, with or without the daily quarantine summary. This configuration will provide immediate relief, while protecting the user from inbound and outbound viruses and the infrastructure from directory harvesting attacks.

Do you provide Email Continuity in case my email server crashes or in the case of a power outage?

Yes, Reflexion will queue all mail in the case of an email server or power outage. Once back online, Reflexion will unload the messages being deferred to the mail server. For more information, please visit Email Continuity.
