Partner-friendly Business Practices
First and foremost, Reflexion does NOT sell direct to end-user customers; we sell exclusively through our Distributor, Solution Provider and ISP partners.
Our goal is to make Reflexion affordable, and for us all to build our businesses together. We avoid set-up charges and fees other than the basic monthly subscription charge.
We appreciate the importance of delivering high quality technical support for Solution Providers, who are themselves experts in what they do. When you need help, you'll speak with someone who thoroughly understands our product and the environment in which it operates.
Finally, we treat our smallest partners as if they were our largest partners. We don't require smaller partners to buy through larger partners. All of our Solution Provider partners either buy through Distribution or directly from Reflexion.
